Single room, live in landlord

I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my house. I live alone, but have a family who visit regularly and grandchildren are often around. The room is furnished but anything can be removed that's not required. There are 3 seperate gardens and a reasonably large living room. The only downside is the kitchen, which is in need of decorating which l will be starting in September, this is the reason rent is cheaper. I don't really mind if you are male or female, but it's essential that whoever takes the room is comfortable with children. Currently, l'm registered disabled, awaiting operations that hopefully are happening next year, so l'm home quite a lot. I won't lie, not used to sharing with anyone and l'm likely to be a bit strict in who to share with, so please don't be offended if l don't ask for a meet, equally you need to be comfortable sharing a space with me.
I don't smoke and try to just drink on a weekend, l also write and so sometimes need a bit of quiet, but hopefully this will fit in with anyone's work. If you have any questions, please let me know.
