I would like to find one or two lodgers for my house in the town end of New Earswick. From the house, there is easy access via cycle track or frequent buses to York Hospital, YSJ or town. The distance to the hospital is a little under 1.5 miles.

Double room is 3.65m x 3.10m
Single room is 3.85m x 2.25m with en suite
Each room is £715pcm.

The property has high speed fibre optic broadband, but
I don't have a TV and the house has no aerials. A lodger could set up a TV in the main living room if they desired.

I'm only usually in on a morning. I'm a quiet person whose main interests are Chen Tai Chi Chuan and calisthenics, both of which I practise every day.

Council tax is band B, but all bills are included anyway.
