Furnished double room available in house to share with owner.

The house is a terraced with a drive at the front & garden at the back.
The garden backs onto a wooded area which is ideal for jogging/walking/cycling.

The area is very quiet.

I'm easy going & work full time & like to keep a reasonably quiet house.

I don't mind short term lodgers if you are working in york for a few weeks or so.
I do smoke & don't mind if you smoke. I don't mind going outside to smoke for non smokers.

I have a pet dog (jack Russell) which is house trained.
