Lovely decorated fully furnished single room in my house in New Earswick. Shared use of lounge, bathroom, kitchen (and all appliances) all newly decorated and very clean and tidy. There is also a lovely private garden with patio and pond which you are more than welcome to enjoy. I have 3 small very friendly dogs so a dog lover is a necessity. There is off street parking if needed. New Earswick has a good bus service to York and surrounding villages. My house is a two minute walk from bus stop, shops and chip shop.

Approx 6 miles to University
