I live here with my 5 month old pup so tenant would have to be dog friendly (he is incredibly friendly, calm and well behaved).
I am laid back and friendly also. This is a small 2 bed house and I am looking for someone respectful of the fact this is my first home, so living here happily and comfortably is a priority.
The village is small and approx 11 miles from York. Buses are very few and far between so driving is pretty essential here. Ideal if you like the countryside and the outdoors.
£500 per month, WiFi included.
I would be looking for the tenant to pay half the monthly electricity bill, water and council tax.
