Nearest shop is a few doors down. Supermarkets a few minutes drive. Bus stops 3 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Normanby shops/pubs.

The property has a spacious lounge/diner, a kitchen (all kitchen facilities can be used including cooker and washer/dryer as well as plates, glasses, cooking equipment), shared bathroom with an over bath shower.

I have one very quiet and friendly indoor cat which you would not be responsible for unless you wanted to.

The bedroom for rent is at the back of the property looking out onto the garden and hills. It has a double bed and mattress, large chest of drawers, bedside table/cupboard and a large wardrobe and curtains. Everything is in immaculate condition. There is a double kitchen cupboard which you would have exclusive use of, and a space in the bathroom for storage.

I am a quiet and easy going person who works a lot. I spend most of my time out of the house at work or at the gym. My weekends are quiet and many weekends I stay at my partners house so you would have the house to yourself. I am a clean and tidy person. I would like to live with someone who is clean and tidy and who is willing to do their fair share of the house work. I am also looking for someone who will take care of the house and belongings as if it was their own.
