Use of washing machine and dishwasher.
Shared kitchen and lounge with second TV in kitchen.
Additional TV aerial point in leased bedroom.
I might need a small contribution towards Council Tax other than that all bills are included except telephone land line.
I would ask only that you respect my home, take care of my possessions and make a reasonable effort to clean and tidy up after yourself. Other than that you will find me quite easy going.
I have one friendly rescued cat.
