Room in nice house

Hi all I'm currently looking for someone to share my house with me, I'm hoping it will be ready mid January, iv recently acquired this house and its currently having work done I live in Leicester and will be moving in myself mid January. I need to get some pictures next time Im there but it is a 2 bed terrace with 2 double rooms and will basically be freshly decorated and new flooring, I'm not out to be greedy or make money I'm just looking for someone genuine and decent to share with me. Please if your interested or need more information just send a message. As I'm not from the area and will be moving from Leicester I'm looking for someone who wants to make it there home to, anything you need to no then please ask and I'll keep you updated on the time when the house will be ready to move into. At a rough guess I think all the bill would be around 800 a month all in so I'm looking for someone to pay around 400
