Main use of large modern living kitchen/ conservatory style sitting area with patio doors, complete with underfloor heating, downstairs toilet/ washroom, lounge with open fire, and rural garden.

Close to leisure centre/ swimming pool, Brompton village with huge open green, beck, and country pubs, but also 20 mins walk to Northallerton centre shops/ cafes/ pubs. Well located with easy access to North York Moors, Dales, Thirsk, Ripon, Catterick, Richmond, York, Darlington, Teesside, Newcastle, Leeds, and further afield with mainline train station to Edinburgh/ London.

Ideal for someone wanting space and more independent living, but also open to socialising from time to time. I am interested in languages and travel, good food and drink, exploring countryside & running.

Price reflects the fact setup is more independent and I won't be around that much.
