Double Bedroom In Comfortable House

A lovely comfortable double bedroom for one person Monday to Friday for £450 pcm all inclusive. However I would consider flexi day stays where some nights were over weekends or in blocks of nights to suit flexible working and shifts.

I am single so this is a nice quiet adult only house. The room is redecorated and very comfortable . There is a dressing table which could be used as a desk, free wifi a tv, kettle, heater, wardrobe space. I have a large bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a second downstairs toilet with washing machine and dryer. You may use the kitchen to cook. Please wash up after. You may use the back garden to relax or smoke outside. The price is all inclusive of bills. I will consider short or longer-term stays.
There is free non restrictive parking opposite my house. The A1 and A19 are within a short drive. The whole house is well decorated to a high standard. The town centre is less than ten minutes walk past the local hospital and the railway station is about 20 minutes walk. There are a good range of shops pubs and cafes. A corner shop is a few minutes walk away. There is a leisure centre with gym and pool also within walking distance. I do let other rooms as well.
