Double room available for rent In Northallerton.

I am a professional with a spare room to rent in a two bedroom house. I would consider Monday to Friday let. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and built in shelves.

There is a separate shower room situated downstairs. I have WiFi. All bills are included.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who is also a working professional.

I live on my own but have cats, so you’d need to be a cat lover.

The house is situated off Romanby Road, a 5 minute walk to the train station and the high street.

The room is available immediately.

I require references and a deposit.
