Lovely comfortable double room now available

There can be some flexibility on move in date. It is a nicely decorated and comfortable double room for one person in a clean modern safe and quiet house offering: Double bed, 32 inch smart tv, kettle, heater, desk/table, chair, wardrope, drawers, storage space, free wifi with bills included. Some reorganisation of the room and change of furnature is possible . I have additional storage space for a bike or camping equipment etc if needed. The house is in a quiet area of Northallerton less than 10 minutes walk into town by the park and local hospital and about 20 minutes walk to the railway station. Darlington is 10 minutes and York 15 by train. The A1 and A19 are ten minutes drive away with fast access to the north and south. There are regular buses to most places from the town as well. The North Yorkshire Moores and Dales are close by for walks and days out in the countryside. There is a good range of shops pubs resteraunts and a market twice a week. There is a large leisure centre with gym and swimming pool within walking distance. The kitchen is available to cook or microwave. There is cupboard, fridge and freezer space available as well. Additionally you have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and dishwasher within the utility room. You can park opposite in free unrestricted parking bays. Whilst this is a non smoking house inside I will accommodate smoking outside if needed. There are sitting areas in the back garden which are also available to relax in. I sometimes let other rooms. There is a nice bathroom with walk in shower cubical and a second downstairs toilet as well. I am a single professional male so its a nice quiet adult only house.
