Lovely comfortable double room now available

A nice double room in Northallerton for one person in full time employment . This is for 7 days a week but I may consider mid week as well. It's a nicely decorated room in a clean modern house offering a comfortable well resourced double room with tv kettle heater desk/table wardrope space, free wifi with bills included, in a quiet area of Northallerton less than 10 minutes walk into town and about 20 minutes walk to the railway station. A1 and A19 ten minutes drive away with fast access to the north and south. There is a good range of shops pubs resteraunts and a large leisure centre with gym and swimming pool within walking distance. The kitchen is available to cook or microwave. There is fridge and freezer space available. Washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing board. You can park either opposite in free unrestricted parking bays or sometimes on my double drive. Whilst this is a non smoking house inside I will accommodate smoking outside if needed. There are sitting areas in the back garden which are also available to relax in. I sometimes let other rooms. There is a nice bathroom with walk in shower cubical and a second downstairs toilet as well. I am a single professional male so its a nice quiet adult only house.
