Double room, En suite bathroom. Malton

I’m looking for a housemate (preferably female) for my double room, ideally a professional like me. Sole use of the ‘family’ bathroom as I have my own en-suite.

Bathroom has been re done last year with a brand new power shower and newly painted too.

Mirror on inside of wardrobe door. Thinking of getting a desk for the room as well unless people have their own. No couples or pets please :)


Would definitely help if you like cats as I have two and it’s their house really!
Shared living room space, shared kitchen. Good broadband too. You’ll have your own parking space and use of the garage. There’s a small garden too. It’s a pretty quiet area, lots of family’s. I have a piano if you play :D

Malton train station is a 15-20 minute walk from the house.
All bills included, short let’s considered if negotiated in advance.
