Ensuite room to let in lovely Dales cottage

I am a single professional man looking for a professional or student to rent a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in my shared large cottage in the Yorkshire Dales.

The cottage is in a very rural location in a beautiful valley surrounded by forest, yet only 15 minutes drive from the popular market town of Hawes. Skipton is 45 minutes drive away.

(Please note: there is no public transport nearby so a car will be essential.)

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, dressing table and two wardobes. The view from this bedroom window is stunning as you can look down the valley and Buckden Pike dominates the skyline in the distance.

There is an ensuite bathroom, with toilet, basin and bath.

You will have access to the cosy shared living room which has lots of character and a log burner. From the sofa you can either relax and watch tv or stare out of the panoramic window and enjoy the long distance views or watch the birds and red squirrels come and go from the garden.

The cottage has an open plan farmhouse dining kitchen, with a modern electric Rangemaster oven, grill and hob, a microwave, two undercounter fridges and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a large dining table.

All bills are included including the provision of the excellent wifi and the lodger will have access to the utility room and washing machine and tumble dryers.

Outside, there is ample secure parking in the long driveway, there are two paddocks with woodland which you will have full access to. From time to time, you may also have occasional use of a hot tub which belongs to an adjacent holiday cottage.

At the moment I have 5 cats and 4 friendly dogs (recently going through an amicable separation, I am not a weirdo who likes to collect animals!....), so it would be preferable if anybody moving in has no allergies and is very animal friendly.
