Room in quiet area

This is new home to me and lots of work needs to update it
Such as natural wooden floors, that need varnishing and walls etc need painting
Garden is currently being done up

This home is
Idea for somebody , who is working away from home mon-fri
Or students who need a home from home

I Can consider 7day a week renter ,
if they have their main family home back home , to return to when not away for work or studying (otherwise council tax bill applies on top of your rent )

We Can do a week only rate this is great for bikers weekends stay
Secure bike lockup
CCTV in area too

This is a disabled friendly home but not really wheelchair friendly home ATM

We are still awaiting for the walk in bath install
There are steps into the house but with a grab rail . I do own two metal ramps if needed but unsure if they hold scooters etc
Their is only 1 small step to the stair lift

Their is a shower over a standard bath until the walk in bath installed

These are adaptions I needed after an serious injury . I am on road to recover
So hopefully be back on the motorcycle again asap

Free herbs spices rice pasta toiletries and cleaning products to use.
I happy to provide tea and freshly grinded coffee at no extra cost .supplies are Subject to availability

keep in this all in mined, my home is not going to be a fancy show home

It will have personal stuff in and around the home as it's lived it
But it be warm cozy and functional home
Even have extra bedding and heated blankets hot water bottles and cooling fans potted around the home

As it's not a hotel ,it's a clean as you go process , it's OK we have a dishwasher ;-)
and a washing machine too with clothing drying hangers too
But if you don't have time . The lady over the road has her own cleaning business and you can hire her instead at your costs

So I sure if your realistic about what to expect from a newly moved in home that's needs some TLC
Think you be OK

We don't have live TV
the most people who travel away from home .normally have Amazon or Netflix , (if u want live TV , you need to pay tvl extra at your cost )

If you live here full time you have to pay council tax if u don't have a main home of your own to go back to

No smoking
No drugs/nothing illegal
No house parties
No drama

It's a nice quite area and we like our neighbours next door
Please respect them and the area as much as they do for us

PS if your a biker we have a secure lockup option with CCTV
