Tennant agreement doesn't allow me to sub let. You will be required to be jointed Tennant and able to pay at least half the rent (£267.50) which could increase or stay the same. The landlord would needed to be contacted as I not sure of legal terms. Also you need to be able to pay the council tax with me as it would be full amount. I can pay for another bills myself.
