Female housemate for house share - Pickering

Lovely room in a shared 3 story town house in the centre of Pickering available. Close to all amenities and bus routes.

I live quite quietly with my two chocolate labradors. I work from home as a designer and candle maker. The economy this year in the design industry has taken a hit so I’m looking for someone to help pay the bills and who doesn’t mind sharing with two friendly labs.

Bills and WiFi are included in the monthly rent. There is a single bed which can be made into a double which will fit the room if preferred. The house is a pretty grade ll listed building which has lots character. It also has a small paved garden. There is no parking but there is parking on the street.
