The room has fitted wardrobes as well as a king-sized bed, desk, chair, bedside tables, etc. There's off-street parking, and additional storage space if you need it. There's a shared kitchen, and a big garden which you're welcome to enjoy.
The accommodation is suitable for a single professional. There is good broadband and phone signal. Utility bills are included in the monthly rental, and there's an option of a reduction in the rent in exchange for giving us a hand with the garden and fields - if you feel like it.
The nearest bus-stop is 2 miles away so you'll need your own transport.
