Spacious double room with en-suite shower-room available from mid-November in a large detached house near Pocklington. There's a shared kitchen and a big garden which you're welcome to use.
The room has fitted wardrobes as well as a king-sized bed, desk, chair, bedside tables, etc. There's off-street parking, and additional storage space if you need it.
The accommodation is suitable for a single professional adult who is out at work during the day. There is good broadband and phone signal. Utility bills are included in the monthly rental.
York, Hull, Beverley and Driffield are all within easy reach, but you'll need your own transport as the nearest bus-stop is 2 miles away.
The live-in house-owners are a friendly, well-travelled professional couple. There are several horses at the property, so if you're allergic to them this probably isn't the place for you!
