The accommodation is suitable for a single professional. There is good broadband and phone signal. Utility bills are included in the monthly rental, and there's an option of a reduction in the rent in exchange for giving us a hand with the garden and fields - if you feel like it!
The nearest bus-stop is 2 miles away so you'll need your own transport.
