I have a self-contained furnished annexe available from Dec 1 on a rolling contract. Short term considered. It is separate from the main house and access is through a double garage. It has a double bed, bathroom with shower, living area, kitchen inc cooker and fridge, and a small room used as a walk in wardrobe. It has a desk and chair. It also has its own decking area in the garden. Use of washer and dryer in the garage. Plenty of parking. It is semi rural - on the edge of Pocklington. Central heating. Heat pump and solar panels.
