Double room. With bed, wardrobe, large drawers, bedside drawers, and wall shelves. All bills included. Detached house with garden. Shared bathroom, dining kitchen and living room. The house has wifi broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, downstairs toilet. 2 spaniel dogs live in the house so only people who like and are comfortable around dogs would be suitable. I would like someone who is quiet natured, fairly independent, mature (not in years necessarily but in personality). It’s really important I could really get on well with a lodger as I live in the property. Room availability date is negotiable.
