Large double room with king-size bed , TV etc

A fairly large double room with a king-size bed, TV kettle desk chair and broadband etc provided. Always a fresh supply of linen and a good sized garden with off road parking.. house is centrally heated . Although smoking is allowed I would prefer it to be outside. Don't really care about age or sex of people either as long as working or self financing. Room is available mid February but people can view before then if they want to . Landlord spends a lot of time abroad due to work .
