Small single room. House share in nice leafy area

House share in nice leafy area with character. To live with home owner and other lodger.

Shared clean and cosy house with living and dining room, large kitchen (washing machine etc included). TV, Wifi. Bathroom with power shower, lounge, stained glass windows and gas/electric central heating. I have a short haired dog, who is very affectionate and friendly.

The bedroom includes:

Small single bed with 2 divan drawers
Double Wardrobe
Bedside cabinet
Bedding & towels can be provided

Very close to the beach (a minutes walk), town centre and train station/bus routes, in a lovely street.

Smokers are welcome but there is no smoking allowed in the house.

I'm easy going, clean, tidy and considerate and I'm looking for the same in a new housemate!
