The room is fully furnished with access to the master bathroom, which features a modern walk-in shower. You’ll also have use of the garden (including 6-person jacuzzi!) and gated driveway parking. Bills, council tax and Wi-Fi are all included.

We are a married couple with a 12-year-old son who stays with us 3–4 days per week (at school during the daytime) and a friendly 3-year-old black Labrador. We’re looking for a considerate, tidy professional or couple who value a relaxed, homely environment.

Great location with two nearby public houses, local village shop and takeaway nearby, plus regular direct bus to York every 20 minutes from 7am-11pm and a cycle path which takes you directly into York. York Racecourse and McArthur Glen designer outlet are only a short drive away and great access to the M18/M62 for commuting, or A64 to the coast.
