Double Room or Single Room To Let In Richmond

I’m currently taking a career break whilst I undertake postgraduate study at Teesside University.
I bought my house and it’s been fully improved, redecorated and newly carpeted. I’m just in the process of finishing off the dining room - the bathroom is the next job. It’s a corner plot, I have a large garden and patio - there is plenty of on street parking. I’m easy going and flexible - I would consider a well behaved pet for an additional charge. A couple may be potentially considered.
I’m only wanting to rent one room out - the double is £450 and the single £395 with all bills except council tax included.
If you have any questions please let me know - my current Spareroomer moves out end of July.
