Recently renovated small double room

Hello,

I have a small double room to let in a converted Victorian house. The bathroom, kitchen and lounge area are all shared. There is off-street parking too.

The flat is located only 5min walk into Ripon centre.

I have a very anxious cocker spaniel that needs a quiet, relaxed, adult environment (i can't have people he doesn't know coming and going) - this must suit you.

The rental is for a minimum of 3 months and maximum stay of 6, with the potential to renew. I require 2 references (employer & previous landlord).

Due to neighbours and the dog i cannot consider people who work late nights - sorry!
