Housemate Wanted

I’m looking for a professional but relaxed housemate in my two bedroom, 3 floor flat. It’s a large double room with a wardrobe included. There is a large livingroom, a large kitchen, the bathroom has a shower over bath and a handheld shower. The house is fully furnished aside from the bedroom for rent. Kitchen is well equipped. I have two house cats who own the place and are very friendly. Smokers are accepted but there is no garden and no smoking in the house, you can smoke outside the front door. Centre of town, close to shops but surprisingly quiet.
