The room is on the second floor of a duplex apartment. Its a lovely en-suite room with two sky windows and a great view.
En suite with a shower cubicle, toilet, sink, mirror, radiator.

The room is equiped with a double wardrobe with drawers and shelves, two bedside units with 3 drawers each, a big chest of drawers, a good big desk and chair, a double divan bed with two drawers.
There is washing machine in the flat.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Mixer tap on the sink.

The location is next to the square literally but its tucked in a quiet corner.
Surprisingly peaceful. Lovely view.

I am searching for someone to replace me because I am planning to move out.
The other residents are a father with his 14 year-old daughter. Lovely people. Clean and neat.
