I have a double bedroom with en available, furnished in a modern town house in Ripon ,close to all amenities.

There are 3 other bedrooms over 2 floors, already occupied. The existing tenants are very quiet and respectful. . The house is on 3 storeys, one Tennant takes the top floor so is pretty self contained. The other Tennants work full time..
