Rooms to rent in a family home (children left home). Close to beach and bustling village centre. three minute easy access to buses, trains and local pubs! Only 20 mins into Middlesbrough on the train which run ever half hour and about 30 mins from Whitby
The accommodation consists of a fully furnished large double room, and a small double. Furniture can be added or removed depending on requirements.
We have one bathroom on the top floor and a shower room on the middle floor, a, large fully equiped kitchen which you can use and
we have Sky Plus in the main living room and a sky access point and dish in the larger of the bedrooms and wireless Broadband throughout the house. All the bedrooms have a TV socket.
Unfortunately we do not have off street parking but the road is wide and fairly quiet.
Saltburn is a lovely seaside town away from the hustle and bustle of city centre living but close enough to get there for a night out or work.
We have a variety of restaurants and takeaways and a good 'cafe' culture as well as surfing/hire shops and fish and chip shops along the front. We have a bank, post office, chemist, bakers, butchers but no candlestick makers!
On the health side we have a large doctors practice and a dentist.
Couple that with a PC shop, a gift store, regular farmers markets and a medium sized Sainsbury's you may never have to leave the village!
