Double Room Fully Furnished

i work 6 days a week the house is quiet. 10 min walk to scarborough hospital. public transport on the doorstep television in room fitted double wardrobe and fitted single wardrobe 2x chest drawers double bed and work desk. all bedding provided. kitchen diner, washing machine tumble dryer shower in bathroom. i would expect new housemate to clean own room and clean up after using kitchen/ bathroom. provide own food there is shared fridge and freezer available if needed. gas cooker ,microwave no deep fryers allowed. i am an avid dog supporter supporting greyhounds and dogs trust when possible. i would prefer non smoker there is NO SMOKING in the house. lastly it is a home not a show house. it is comfortable after a hard days work .the room is available from the 12th august 2014 it is with some sadness my existing house mate will be returning home.
