Lodger wanted for family home

Hi, we have a clean, small furnished bedroom available in our family home. It’s next to the bathroom. There is on street parking and a small back yard. We have broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc in kitchen. I have a ten year old son and we have two friendly dogs. We are a friendly family, myself and my partner both work part-time. Bills are included in rent but you will need your own parking permit. The house is on a quiet street within walking distance of the town centre and train station.
