THE PROPERTY
This fantastic property is perfect if you want a modern, private, furnished room of your own, but all the benefits of shared living, (lower price, no bills to pay, lots of added extras and friendships with other like-minded people). The house consists of a comfortable lounge with large TV, sofas and breakfast table, kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, your own cupboard and large fridge/freezer, bright main bathroom plus a separate WC and an outside yard area for relaxing in the sun! There's full gas central heating throughout along with full double glazing, which makes the house very warm. On-street parking is available. The house is located just outside Scarborough's town centre, just a few minutes' walk to town or to the beach.
We are private landlords and not lettings agents. Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

THE HOUSEMATES
This is the ideal property for professionals looking for a high standard of accommodation. The other tenants are all very friendly and sociable. They are all in their early 20s and all work, mostly locally, in offices, factories, shops, etc.. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, and everyone respects each other's privacy. There is also a mixture of guys and girls. You can ask to speak to the existing tenants if you would like to quiz them about what it is like living there. Sorry but we don't accept under-25 or student tenants at this time as we don't mix tenant types in one property.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 4 - 4.8m x 3.3m at its maximum, but it is an L-shape. It is larger than the other rooms in the house. It is on the second floor at the rear of the property. We've upgraded this room further by creating an insulated second wall which retains the heat from the house, making the room nice and warm. It has a sloping ceiling in part of the room and a lock on the door. It has a 4'6" double bed with storage underneath, a double semi-orthopaedic mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side table and a blind on the window.
