All bills included in the total monthly sum.

Property is a small terrace house with shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There is a small outside courtyard with a small secure shed available.
Property is very close to all surrounding transport links( 7min walk to train station), high street (10min walk), Hospital (20min walk), supermarkets (5min walk) and beach (north bay and south bay 20min walk)

Property available end of January 2024 for 2 years max. Will consider longer if discussed.

I will not live in the property - only using the living room as my office twice a week.
