We are looking for respectful, quiet, hard working and polite person to make our property their home. The property is a licensed 7 rooms HMO only for working or professional people. There are 4 bathrooms in the property with each two rooms sharing one bathroom. There is a large shared living room, dinning room, kitchen and back garden. Washing machine and a dryer are free to use.

All rooms are available via staircase and each rooms is equipped with kettle and fridge.

The property is listed as a Quiet House and is located in the popular area of South Cliff. We are only 10 minutes walk to the Esplanade and, through the Spa Bridge or Valley Bridge only 20 minutes walk to the centre of town and the beach. There are shops, post office and amenities situated on Ramshill Road only 3 minutes walk from the house.
As a Family run business we keep our place clean, presentable and in good repair.
