We have one en-suit single room available to rent. The property is situated in the popular South Cliff area just around the corner from the Esplanade. The room is a top floor room with availability to use shared kitchen and dinning room.
The whole property is a licensed Guesthouse with the top floor HMO licensed for 8 single rooms on Short Hold Tenancy agreement.
We are looking for a respectful, clean and quiet person to make our property their home. The present residents are absolutely lovely people, clean, tidy and respectful. We keep the property to a high standard and have a member of staff present daily.
There are coin operated washers and driers to use between the hours of 4pm - 10pm.
The property is kept in a very good condition with 24/7 CCTV operating in the common areas.
References and proof of work are required. Keep in mind that, unfortunately the property has no disable access and all rooms are accessible via staircase only.
