THE PROPERTY
This lovely 3-bed flat is very central in Scarbrough, right in front of Aldi on Victoria Road. It is situated on the first and second floor, with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. The property has recently undergone full renovation and is now rented out on three separate tenancies to three sharers (individuals and couples). Tenants share the bathroom and kitchen with the other tenants. The kitchen has a lovely communal seating area with a TV and dining table & chairs. All tenants are fully vetted and reference-checked so you can rest assured that you are sharing with respectful and friendly housemates! Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

Room 1 - Extremely large, room 1 stretches the full width of the house with a lovely original bay sash window and a separate walk-in wardrobe. The room includes a 4'6" double bed with headboard, storage underneath, semi-orthopaedic mattress and mattress protector. A bed-side table and chest of drawers are also included. The windows have black-out curtains. All furniture, carpets and paintwork are brand new. The door has a lock for added security.
