EnSuite Town Centre Room

Double room with en-suite and kitchen space for single person.
Room has a double bed and bedroom furniture (these are not in the photos).
Kitchenette in room.
Shared kitchen with one female.
Bedroom is on the floor of the entrance to the house.
Looking for a more mature working tenant. No party animals please, we are normally all tucked up in bed for 11pm 😂
Very quiet house and looking for same type of tenant.
We have 2 dogs, they can be around but are not permitted into this part of the house.
Parking is by permit from council.
