Freshly decorated double room in Scarborough

Hi I'm Marty, and I'm 43. I live in a house in the Peasholm area of Scarborough and I'm looking to rent out a double room. The bathroom would be shared, although there is a separate shower downstairs you could use exclusively, if you wanted. I work from home for the NHS, 9-5 weekdays, so I'm here most of the time. As I'll be sharing my home, I'm not in any rush to let the room, it will need to be to the right person. I'm friendly, sociable but also like plenty of alone time! Other key points
