The house is a 5 minute walk to the train station and the town centre. It’s a 15 minute walk to Scarborough hospital and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The kitchen boasts 2 built in ovens, 2 induction hobs, 2 large American fridge freezers, a ninja fryer and much more.

Next to the kitchen are 2 LG washer dryers.

The dining area consists of 2 large oak tables, a bespoke seating area with cushioned seats and a 60” LG 4k smart tv.

The bedrooms come fully equipped with oak furniture. Double beds with memory foam matresses, chest of drawers, large wardrobes, bed side tables with lights above. Every bedroom has a large LG 4k smart tv and a triple Column modern radiator.

The house has super fast virgin fibre broadband with gaurenteed full signal in every part of the house.

There is outside space at the front and rear of the property.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly.
