THE PROPERTY
This is a beautiful large (5-bedroom) renovated mid-terrace house, kitted out to a very high specification.
There is WiFi throughout and charging sockets and in-built blue-tooth speakers in each room. Each bedroom is semi-furnished and has an en-suite bathroom.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
Single occupancy only.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 3 - A large room on the first floor of the house with a double bed, double pocket-sprung mattress, mattress protector, wall-mounted TV, bathroom with double rainforest shower, toilet, basin & halo mirror, (with a built-in bluetooth speaker) and a lock on the door. A wardrobe and/or drawers can be supplied on request.

THE HOUSEMATES
The house is very friendly but quiet and respectful. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy. Sorry but we don't accept couples or undergraduate student tenants in this property at this time.
