THE PROPERTY
This is a large converted town house on Granville Road, which is a beautiful road in South Cliff. It's near the shops on Ramshill / Filey Road, and the Italian Gardens that lead down to the beach, but the road is very quiet. It has a leafy square with trees and a nice area of grass where you can go to relax in the sunny weather. The house has three flats and these rooms are arranged over the top flat (6 rooms, 2 available) and the middle flat (four rooms, all available). Both flats and all rooms are kitted out to a very high specification with double beds in each room.
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished but none are en-suite, (two rooms have sinks).
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
Single occupancy only. Also pets are not allowed in this property.
THE HOUSEMATES
The house is very friendly but quiet and respectful. All tenants are over 25, do not have parties or lots of overnight guests, they just like to relax, maybe cook a little and respect each other's space. They do not play loud music early in the morning or in the evening. We do accept those being supported with housing benefits but all applicants will be credit checked as well as proof of income, employers' reference where applicable, landlord reference and an affordability check. Occasionally we may ask for a guarantor. Minimum contract length is 6 months.
AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 1 - First floor, situated down a coupe of steps from the kitchen. It's a small room but has a double bed and double wardrobe space, along with a desk and chair.
Room 4 - A regular sized room on the second floor with a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Room 6 - A large and bright room on the second floor with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk & chair. The room also has a sink.
