Beautiful room in a quiet hideaway house

So, after a change in my living circumstances, I'm looking for someone to help me pay the bills! I'm 36, male. Secondary English teacher. Quiet-ish. Like music, mountain biking, football, reading. Pretty easy going tbh.

I'm pretty tidy and I have a professional cleaner come in fortnightly. You're welcome to make use of the kitchen, living room, outside patio (which admittedly needs refreshing this Spring), there's two bathrooms if you'd prefer one to yourself.

It's really cozy, I just did my first winter in it and it was lovely and warm. Nicely hidden away off a side street from Ramshill, a really convienient shopping street, so literally 1 minute from buying milk. Broadband is superfast. There's no parking but there is free parking around the corner.
