Flatmate wanted - Stunning South Cliff Property

Hi there! I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in August.

The flat is in the highly sought-after South Cliff area of Scarborough — just a 5-minute walk to town and ideal for anyone working at the hospital. The property is fully furnished, and your room includes a bed, mattress, drawers, and a clothing rack. All bills are included and high speed (250mbps+) internet.

I'm laid-back and easygoing, and I’d really like to find someone who shares that vibe. I keep the flat tidy and would expect us to share general household responsibilities (your bedroom is your own space, of course).

A bit about me — I’m a procurement manager, usually out Monday to Friday during the day, and sometimes away in Leeds on weekends.

There’s a private street just behind the property for parking. It’s permit-only, but a permit is just £36 for the whole year and there’s always plenty of space.
