There is also heating in all rooms & a large lockable indoor closet available for storage if needed. Available asap.. Rent includes council tax and bills. There is Netflix, Apple TV, Disney +, Prime, etc. on the TV downstairs. Also available for use: kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothes air dryer, fridge/freezer, clothes steamer, vacuum cleaner, oven & stove. Water2 filters fitted on kitchen tap. On-street parking.
