This furnished room is on the first floor and it is the only occupied bedroom on that floor giving you plenty of privacy.

It has large windows facing the front of the property. There is a built in wardrobe, tv, double bed and a set of drawers, ready for someone to move straight into.

Along side the bedroom you will have use of the shared living areas : The bathroom (directly opposite you across the hallway) living room, outdoor areas and kitchen.

The monthly price includes all bills inc fast internet speeds.

I live here part time on my own, my bedroom is on the ground floor. I work during the week and i’m away most weekends so im only really there in-between work shifts.

I do have two elderly little pugs which are there when i am so must be comfortable with dogs.
