Scarborough Modern townhouse- professional tenants

This modern terraced house is in Vincent Street which is 5 minutes from the town centre. There is a shared kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms:- one with bath and one wet room. The house was built eight years ago. We clean the communal areas of the house each week. We let to three working people only and all the bills are included. Unlimited fibre broadband is also included. We are extremely approachable and friendly. We repair and renew as soon as there are any problems. The house is fully equipped and modern. Smoking is not allowed in the house. There is on street parking, a permit can be obtained from Scarborough Borough Council. The rent is paid in advance by direct debit, weekly or monthly.
