The available room is at the rear of the apartment and is very peaceful. There is a sink, built in large double wardrobe, a glass computer desk, bookcase, lamps, and a luxury orthopaedic/memory foam, double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large larder cupboard and an American fridge freezer, and the bathroom is new and of a good size.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just five minutes to the station/town centre and 3 minutes walk to the beach. The local convenience store and bijou shops are literally less than 2 minutes up the same road.

I'm looking for a respectful, friendly, and professional person to share my lovely home.
