Large modern house in Scarborough old town

Modern house, central heating, beautiful location, walking distance town, beaches etc.

There is a lovely back large back patio with flowers & herbs and a fire pit to sit around & keep warm, great fun, you will often find us out there chatting away.

Any age or sex considered. We are a chilled out bunch, anybody with a respectful and pleasant attitude will fit in.

All bills are included including high speed broadband, the house is fully centrally heated and warm and cosy, LCD TV in lounge, comfortable sofa, s too.

All three rooms completely refurbished in July, new carpets and blinds, in great nick. There is on street parking as well and a car park a 100 yards away.

No DHSS. References required. 1 months rent in advance is required.
