Double and single rooms Scholes Park Road

I have a couple of rooms available soon. I have recently split from my wife and will be looking for 1, possibly 2 people to move in to help me out financially. The rooms will become available within the next 2 weeks.
I have a double and a single room available on Scholes Park Road in a recently renovated house. Fantastic location near the golf course on the north side of town. Sky tv including sports and broadband.

I am 28 years old and work at Scarborough General hospital. I am laid back and easy to get along with.

For me the most important thing is finding the right tenant. Sorry no smokers, pets or DSS. References will be required.

I would be looking for £320 PCM for the double room or £280 PCM for the single room with all bills included.
