Room in a shared flat near town centre

I have a nice single room available to an easygoing and tidy person. Kitchen, living room and bathroom (with bathtub) are shared. There's washing machine, but there's no TV. Flat is located near the town centre, 3-5 minutes walk from Brunswick Shopping Centre, 15 minutes from 24Tesco if your not in a hurry. If you like a good book, dry sense of humor, and hopefully board games, then well get along just fine. Broadband internet is an option but it'll take few days to get connected.
